Conclusions

Fluorophenyl complexesπ-C6H5Fe(CO)(L)C6H4F-m, where L=CO, P(OC6H5)3, and P(C6H5)3 were synthesized.

The effect of phosphorus ligands on the interaction of the iron atom with the carbonyl andσ-aryl ligands was examined on the basis of IR and NMR spectra. In confirmation of the previously obtained data it is shown that the inductive effect predominates in the iron-aryl group interaction.
