Conclusions
-
1.
The overa7ll kinetics of the allylic rearrangement of 1,1,1-trichloro-2-bromopropene under the influence of SbCl5 were studied.
-
2.
The reaction rate is first order in starting material and catalyst. A reaction scheme is proposed on the basis of the experimental results.
