Conclusions

  1. 1.

A volume apparatus for measuring equilibrium adsorption in the pressure range 1–760 mm Hg and the temperature range 78–300°K for any binary mixture of gases and vapors, one of the components of which is a paramagnetic gas (O2 or NO), was described. The apparatus permits the analysis of the equilibrium gas phase without the collection of samples.

  2. 2.

A magnetoelectric oxygen analyzer, the sensitivity of which in the pressure interval 1–760 mm Hg is ±0.05 mm Hg, was designed and described.
