Conclusions

2-Hydroxyhexene-5-yne-3-yl-2-cyclopentadienylmanganese tricarbonyl does not isomerize in alcohol medium in the presence of catalysts HgSO4 or HgO·(C2H5)2O · BF3, but forms simple ethers.

2-Methoxy-, 2-ethoxy-, 2-propoxy-, 2-butoxy-, and 2-allyloxyhexene-5-yne-3-yl -2-cyclopentadienyl-manganese tricarbonyls were produced and characterized.
