The design of a capillary Chromatograph possessing an efficiency of 150,000 theoretical plates at a length of 55 m, is described.

The suitability of the design developed for the separation of closeboiling mixtures, including isomeric xylenes, menthols, as well as natural gasoline, has been demonstrated.
