Moment functions describing the properties of glass-reinforced plastics

The moment functions describing the mechanical properties of uniaxially and randomly reinforced glass-reinforced plastics have been experimentally constructed. The conditions of macroscopic homogeneity of microinhomogeneous reinforced media are discussed.
