Conclusions
-
1.
Isobutylene is converted in a flow system at atmospheric pressure and 250° on a synthetic amorphous aluminosilicate, and when the oxides of Fe, Co and Ni are deposited on the latter, to C3 olefins and higher, among which the yield of octenes is highest.
-
2.
Of the studied catalysts, the Fe-AAS catalyst possesses the lowest dimerizing capacity.
