The effect of the concentration and dispersion of quartz on the physicomechanical properties of polyvinylacetate films

Abstract

Data are given from a study of the effect of the concentration and dispersion of quartz on the structure, the coefficient of thermal expansion, the elastic modulus, the strength, and the extension under tension of polyvinylacetate films. The change in the properties of these films is associated with a change in the structure of the polymer on filling.
