Conclusions
The previously proposed structure for the salts of primary nitramines\(\begin{array}{*{20}c} R \\ \setminus \\ \end{array} N = N\begin{array}{*{20}c} { / O^{ - \delta } } \\ { \setminus O^{ - \delta } } \\ \end{array} M^ + \) was corro-borated on the basis of the vibrational spectra and quantum-chemical calculations.
