Conclusions

  1. 1.

We synthesized 1-chloro-3-L-p-iodobenzenesulfonamido-7-amino-2-heptanone, which is a specific inhibitor of trypsin, and contains the heavy iodine atom. We also obtained some preparations of the inhibited enzyme.

  2. 2.

    The inhibition constant was determined.
