Conclusions

  1. 1.

A new method was developed for the catalytic phosphorylation of polyfluorinated alcohols.

  2. 2.

In order to explain the catalytic action of the salts of metals of Groups I–III of the periodic system and of ammonium salts a scheme was proposed, which postulates reaction between the catalyst and the oxygen of the phosphoryl group, in this way facilitating nucleophilic substitution at the phosphorus atom.

  3. 3.

A number of polyfluorotrialkyl phosphates and aryl polyfluoroalkyl phosphates was synthesized.
