Conclusions

The yields of the products obtained in the alkylation of benzene with ethylene and propylene on zeolites CaY, CoY, SrY, NdCaNaY and dealuminized zeolite CaY' should increase by 2–4 times when CO2 is added to the reaction mixture, in which connection the effect of the CO2 depends on the nature of the catalyst.
