Conclusions

  1. 1.

The autoassociation of 6,9-dimethyladenine and 1-methyl-4-methylamino-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine and their heteroassociation with methyl derivatives of cytosine and uracil were investigated in aqueous solutions by the NMR method.

  2. 2.

Association leads to the formation of complexes with a stacked-type structure, with an arbitrary number of molecules. The thermodynamic parameters of the association were calculated.

  3. 3.

Correlations were detected between the equilibrium constants for association and polarizability of the component. The tautomeric and isomeric conversions of nitrogen bases cause appreciable changes in the thermodynamic parameters of their interaction.
