Conclusions

  1. 1.

    Data were obtained that testify to the transfer of electrons when the diphenylchloronium and di-phenylbromonium fluoborates are reacted with N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyl-p-phenylenediainine and sodium thio-phenolate.

     
  2. 2.

    Diphenylenebromonium 2-thionaphtholate was isolated.
