Conclusions

The reaction of diphenylethylenediphosphine with ethyl vinylphenylphosphinate gave 1,4,7,10-tetra-phenyl-1,10-diethoxy-1,10-dioxo-1,4,7,10-tetraphosphadecane, and its acid-base properties were determined.
