Conclusions

1.
The reaction of the acid chloride-esters of thiophosphonous acids with the nitriles ofα,β-un-saturated acids in the presence of either CH3COOH or water leads to the formation of the esters of alkyl-(aryl)-β-cyanoalkylthiolphosphinic acids, while the esters ofβ-cyanoalkyldithiophosphinic acids are formed in the presence of CH3COSH.

2.
The reaction of the acid chloride-esters of ethyl(phenyl)thiophosphonous acids withα,β-unsaturated ketones in the presence of either CH3COOH or water leads to the formation of the esters of ethyl(phenyl)-γ-ketoalkylthiolphosphinic acids.
