Conclusions

  1. 1.

    Current formation in an individual pore was investigated in the case when diffusion of atomic hydrogen in theσ-phase is the deciding process (σ-process).

  2. 2.

    The volt-ampere characteristics of the individual pore were obtained and analyzed.

  3. 3.

    A comparison was made of the results of this article with the works of other authors.
