Conclusions

  1. 1.

The volumes of the large cavities of X zeolite were calculated on the basis of x-ray diffraction data and the use of more improved [line omitted in original] types A and X zeolites. Depending on the variation of the parameters of the elementary cells and the composition of type X zeolites, the volumes of their large cavities can lie in the range from 900 to 950 A.

  2. 2.

The values of the formal geometrical surfaces of the large cavities of crystals of types A and X zeolites were estimated. They correspond to the formal geometrical specific surfaces of the dehydrated crystals, close to 1500 m2/g.
