Conclusions
The rate constants of the individual pathways of the reaction of atomic oxygen with methanol, ethanol, and acetaldehyde were determined on the basis of the previously measured summary values of the reaction rate constants and on the assumption that the ratios of the rate constants of the individual reaction pathways and the ratios of the yields of the primary products are equal to one another.
