Synthesis and biological activity of some thioglycidyl and thietanyl esters of pentavalent phosphorus acids

Conclusions

  1. 1.

    We obtained a number of thioglycidyl and thietanyl esters of pentavalent phosphorus acids.

  2. 2.

    Replacing the thioglycidyl radical by the thietanyl radical in the esters of a dialkoxydithiophosphoric acid leads to the appearance of a well-defined systemic action.

  3. 3.

    The thioglycidyl esters of dialkoxydithio- and dialkoxythiophosphoric acids possess antifungal action toward dermatophytes.
