Conclusions
-
1.
The IR spectra of certain dichlorides of substituted phenylphosphoric acids were obtained. The presence of a dynamic equilibrium of rotational isomers was established.
-
2.
The dipole moments were determined. The moments were calculated for various configurations.
-
3.
For the compounds studied, trans- and checkerboard forms are realized.
-
4.
An attempt was made at a quantitative evaluation of the factors influencing the isomeric equilibrium.
