Conclusions

  1. 1.

    The IR absorption spectra of hydrated, anhydrous (as well as deuterated acids) nitrilotriacetates of Cu2+ and Ni2+ of various compositions were investigated.

  2. 2.

    Some conclusions were drawn on the structures of the compounds studied (on the dentateness of nitrilotriacetic acid, the nature of the M-N and M-Ocarb bonds, and the role of water of hydration).
