Conclusions

  1. 1.

    Phenyldiphenylenesulfonium 2-thionaphtholate was isolated, and the products of its decomposition in tetrahydrofuran, benzene, ethanol, and CCl4 were investigated.

    The reaction of potassium thiophenoxide with phenyl-, p-chlorophenyl-, and m-nitrophenyldi-phenylenesulfonium borofluorides as well as with triphenylsulfonium borofluoride in ethanol was studied.
