Conclusions
-
1.
The interaction of methyl chloride with silicon-copper alloys was investigated in the presence of promoters, and it was shown that the yield of dimethyldichlorosilane depends on the duration of the process of synthesis, the presence of promoters, structure of the alloy, and content of the catalyst in them.
-
2.
Conditions were found for the directed synthesis of dimethyldichlorosilane with a content of up to 85% of the latter in the mixture of methylchlorosilanes.
