Summary

  1. 1.

    In presence of pyridine and cuprous chloride, aromatic diamines are able to polycondense.

  2. 2.

    By the polycondensation of a number of aromatic diamines, highly unsaturated polymers with regularly repeating azo groups in the chain were prepared.
