Conclusions

  1. 1.

The limiting step in the inactivation of lactate dehydrogenase by the oxidized inhibitor is the step of formation of a semiquinone radical of the inhibitor.

  2. 2.

The protective action of nicotinamide-adenine-dinucelotide against the inactivation of lactate dehydrogenase was demonstrated, and the possible mechanism of this phenomenon was considered.
