Conclusions
-
1.
The kinetics of the interaction of O-ethyl-S-n-alkylmethylthiophosphinates with horse serum cholinesterase and ox erythrocyte acetylcholinesterase were investigated. The constants of the aqueous alkaline hydrolysis of the compounds studied were determined.
-
2.
The anticholinesterase activity of O-ethyl-S-n-alkylmethylthiophosphinates is greatly dependent upon the length of the alkyl radical.
