Inhibition of the thermooxi dative destruction of polycaproamide by stable iminoxyl radicals of the hydrogenated pyrrole series

Conclusions

  1. 1.

    Iminoxyl radicals of the hydrogenated pyrrole series inhibit the thermooxidative destruction of polycaproamide.

  2. 2.

    The investigated iminoxyl radicals exhibit pronounced induction periods at 160°.

  3. 3.

    The inhibiting properties of the investigated free iminoxyls drop sharply when the temperature of the oxidative process is increased to 200°.
