Summary

  1. 1.

    The reaction of 8-hydroxyquinolinetributoxytitanium with α,ω-dihydroxypolydimethylsiloxanes has been investigated and it has been established that the butoxy group on the titanium is replaced by an α,ω-dihydroxypoly-dimethylsiloxane group.

  2. 2.

    New tris(dimethylsiloxanohydroxy)-8-hydroxyquinolinetitaniums have been synthesized and their properties have been studied.
