Nα-acyl derivatives of histidine with the di-(2-chloroethyl)amino group

Summary

We have obtained new derivatives of histidine containing the di-(2-chloroethyl)amino group; methyl esters of p-di-(2-chloroethyl)aminophenacetyl-, and p-di-(2-chloroethyl)aminophenylbutyrylhistidine and their hydrochlorides. In the same way we prepared p-di(2-chloroethyl)aminophenacetylhistamine.
