Summary

  1. 1.

    The chlorides of p-di(2-chloroethyl)aminophenylacetic and p-di(2-chloroethyl)aminophenylbutyric acids were produced.

     
  2. 2.

    The following were produced by acylation with these acid chlorides: N-[p-di(2-chloroethyl)aminophenylacetyl]serine, N,N′-di[p-di(2-chloroethyl)aminophenylbutyryl]cystamine, and N,N′-di[p-di(2-chloroethyl)aminophenylbutyryl]cystine.
