The retention times of the following vinyl- and allylderivatives of silicon: (CH3)3 3SiCH = CH2, (C2H5)3SiCH=CH2, (C3H7)3SiCH = CH2, (CH3)2C6H5SiCH =CH2, (CH3)3SiCH2-CH= CH2, (CH3)2Si(CH3-CH = CH2)2, CH3Si(CH2-CH= CH2)3, Si(CH2-CH=CH2)4, (CH2= CH-CH2)3SiH were determined on two stationary liquid phases of different polarity (methylphenylpolysiloxane oil PFMS-4 and polyethylene glycol, with molecular weight 1500).

The logarithm of the relative retention time of unsaturated silicohydrocarbons can be represented as the sum of the partial values corresponding to definite combinations of bonds.
