Some new derivatives of amines, amino acids, and peptides containing bis-1-aziridinylphosphinyl groups were prepared.

Bis-1-aziridinylphosphinyl and bis-1-aziridinylphosphinothioyl groups can be introduced by the direct phosphorylation of amines and their derivatives with the aid of bis-1-aziridinylphosphinyl chloride and bis-1-aziridinylphosphinothioyl chloride.
