Abstract
Chromosomal aberrations in the first mitosis of embryonic liver and bone marrow cells were studied in A/He and C57Bl/6 mice after injection of the alkylating agent thioTEPA in the g1-S period of the cell cycle. Chromosomes of A/He mice were shown to be more sensitive to the mutagenic action of the compound.
