Abstract

General conditions for the rise of turbulent thermoelectric current in a nonstationary thermal regime are examined. The turbulent thermoelectric current distribution over the volume of a shortcircuited anisotropic plate in the form of a parallelepiped is found. It is shown that turbulent thermoelectric currents occurring in anisotropic and inhomogeneous crystals in a nonstationary thermal regime can be used in nonselective radiant energy detectors.
