Abstract
An equation of state has been obtained for nitrogen in the pressure range (1–1,000)·105 n/m2 for temperatures up to 1,000°K. This equation shows good agreement with the experimental data. A detailed table of thermodynamic properties of nitrogen, based on the new equation, is presented.
