Interrelation of temperature of cooled surface and frequency of natural pressure oscillations in turbulent heat transfer

Abstract

An investigation of heat transfer in the surface boiling (p < pcr) and pseudoboiling (p > pcr) regimes has shown that it is related with the corresponding natural oscillations. An increase in their frequency prevents prevents a rise in the temperature of the cooled surface.
