Conclusions
The amplitude arising at the n-th harmonic across the diode (for small fundamental voltages) according to the biasing voltage is determined not only by the corresponding coefficient αn(Eo) of the power series which approximates the diode VAC in the area of Eo, but also by all the coefficients αn-k(Eo), (k=1, 2, ..., n−2) of the lowerorder series terms, as well as by the specific diode harmonic excitation circuit.
