Conclusions
Further improvements in work on metrological product provision should take the following course:

1.
Development and timely review of normative-technical documentation on testing norms and methods; unification and standardization of procedures;
-
2.
Drawing up of standards on the characteristics of test facilities and the organization of series output and certification of the facilities; creation of information stores on test equipment;
-
3.
Clear separation of the functions of the test and measurement subdivisions.
