Ffect of vacancies on the residual resistivity of ordered alloys with the face-centered cubic lattice

Abstract

The paper permits a theoretical study of the effect of vacancies at the sites of the crystal lattice of a binary ordered substitutional alloy with the face-centered cubic lattice on its residual resistivity. The dependence of the electrical resistivity on the composition of the alloy and the temperature of annealing is studied.
