Kinetics of 1∶ 3 ordering in the octahedral sublattice of lithium ferrite

Abstract

An x-ray analysis has been made of the kinetics of the establishment of long-range order and the growth of superstructural units in Li0.5Fe2.5O4.There is a discussion of the roles of the possible mechanisms governing each of these processes.
