Abstract
Taking account of the influence of contact phenomena and electrochemical aging, the change in conduction during aging and regeneration of rutile and rutile-based ceramic monocrystals is based quantitatively on the representations of the motion of F- and V-center clouds. A dependence is established between the processes of aging and regeneration. It is shown that the aging rate is determined by the conductivity of sections in which the propagation of coloring centers occurs and by their mobility.
