Trap filling in EL-460 phosphor excited by an electric field

Abstract

The accumulation of the light sum in electrical excitation is found to differ from that for UV excitation in occurring in two stages: rapid trap filling in some parts and slow trap filling elsewhere by electron diffusion. The effects of voltage and frequency are considered.
