Abstract
Thin-film photovoltaic cells of the CdS-Cu type were obtained which had an additional sensitivity peak at 420 mμ. It is shown that the sensitivity of photovoltaic cells of cadmium sulfide in the region 400–500 mμ changes as a result of the action of vapors and gases present in the atmosphere.
