Abstract
The line intensities in the H2O band are found in first-order perturbation theory with an account of the nonrigidity of the molecule, the Δk effect, and the Coriolis interaction. The equations found contain three parameters, which are determined from the experimental line intensities. The relationship between these results and previous results is discussed.
