Soviet Physics Journal Aims and scope

Abstract

Analyzed here are the results of calculating the average effective factor of attenuation of radiation by moisture droplet clouds and mists, taking account of their polydispersity and the complex index of refraction of the particles. Also considered are data giving the aerosol attenuation coefficients for the same media.
