Sphere in the field of a coil in an infinite conducting and magnetic medium

Abstract

The secondary field of a sphere magnetized by the field of a coil carrying an alternating current is calculated and analyzed. The sphere and coil are assumed to be situated in a conducting and magnetic medium.
