Conclusions
Parametric voltage stabilizers with current stabilizers have high efficiency and good stabilizing factors (~102−103) together with good ripple suppression (~ 103), and they can be recommended for practical use for sources of stabilized voltage in the range 1–100 V.
The coefficients of stabilization and ripple suppression should be calculated from (15) and (16), while the more accurate (11) and (12) should be used for circuits with high voltage output (V=Ur2 ≫ Ur1).
The maximum temperature stability is provided by devices with thermally stabilized silicon Zener diodes or glow-discharge devices, the latter having current stabilizers with silicon transistors. To increase the temperature stability of the output voltage, one should apply all the methods normally employed for ordinary parametric stabilizers.
