“Izmeritel'naya Tekhnika” is introducing a section “Tribune of the Young Specialist,” in which will be published articles connected with the work of young specialists in the system of the Gosstandart of the USSR. In this issue the “Tribune” is opened with an article by the leader of the Directorate of Cadres and Educational Institutions of the Gosstandart of the USSR, V. M. Ogryzkov. Here also is being printed information about the first conference of young specialists of the Gosstandart of the USSR and articles about their work, noting prizes at the conference.
