Conclusions

  1. 1.

Low-temperature heat treatment with the new device relieves stresses in weld seams.

  2. 2.

The length of the heat treatment of weldments when using this device is cut down by a factor of 25–30 compared with treatment in a furnace.

By using this device one of the plants that ordered it has been able to save 7000 rubles.

  3. 3.

The new method of heat treatment can easily be automated.
